Melbourne Vicentre Swimmers at Commonwealth Games 2018

Almost a decade after it was announced that the Gold Coast would host the Commonwealth Games, today it begins with the opening ceremony.

Our athletes are prepared and excited.    For those of us who are unable to be in sunny QLD the times to be glued to a screen for heats are:-

Thursday 5 April 10:47am Mack 400 Free

Friday 6 April 10:31am Mack 200 Free

Friday 6 April 11:47am Ash W S9 100m Backstroke

Tuesday 10 April  timed final 21:01 Mack 1500 Free

Finals will be swum each evening and we will keep you posted regarding those.    In addition, there is a chance that Mack may swim in the 200 Free Relay on Sunday morning/evening but the teams have yet to be announced, we will let you know via Facebook and Instagram.

Good luck Mack, Ash and Craig!
